Diagnosis and management of intrauterine growth restriction

摘要 文章通过介绍英国皇家妇产科学院以及美国妇产科学会关于胎儿生长受限(FGR)的指南以及相关文献,阐述FGR的病因和病理生理改变,如何将其与体重较低的正常胎儿进行区分,并明确了合理使用多普勒频谱的重要性以及FGR监护、分娩要点。 The etiology and pathophysiological changes of fetal growth restriction was sumnmrized. The application of Doppler ultrasound in clinical diagnosis and monitoring was discussed. The management of fetal growth was reviewed. The guideline of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology was introduced.
