Safety,nutrition and delicious are the key targets for the research on and the devlopment of food.In this paper,the innovative values of Angel yeasts and Angel yeast derivative products in the fields of traditional fermented pasta,aluminum danger in food,sodium and health,and people＇s health diet etc.were elaborated.
