以食品的安全、美味、营养为诉求对象,阐述了酵母及酵母衍生产品在传统发酵面食、食品铝害、盐与健康、以及现代人的营养问题等几个领域的创新价值。
Safety,nutrition and delicious are the key targets for the research on and the devlopment of food.In this paper,the innovative values of Angel yeasts and Angel yeast derivative products in the fields of traditional fermented pasta,aluminum danger in food,sodium and health,and people's health diet etc.were elaborated.
