摘要
党校作为干部教育培训的主渠道、主阵地之首,应该突出"四主性",即在学习型政党建设中发挥和坚持"学习目标的主流性","学习渠道的主体性","学习过程的主导性","学习机制的主动性"。从而不断提高党的干部培训的有效性,最大化地发挥党校、行政学院、干部学院在政党建设中的重要作用。
As a main channel in the construction of a learning party,the Party school should highlight ＂Four Characteristics＂： Mainstream of learning goals,subjectivity in learning channel,dominance in learning process,initiative in learning mechanism.The ＂four Characteristics＂ continuously improve the effectiveness of the training of party cadres,maximize the importance of the Party school in party construction.
