Since the 1920s,with the rise of behavioral science theory,people began to research the informal organization.Any formal organizations are inevitable existence informal organization,by investigating the organizations of meaning and its causes,and have a correct understanding of informal organizations,we can make full use of its positive role,overcome the negative effects.Then we can achieve organization goals better,it has very important practical significance.
