摘要
随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深化,地方本科高校的高校后勤队伍建设对提高后勤的管理和服务水平,为教学和科研服务至关重要。当前地方本科高校的后勤服务队伍普遍存在着员工文化程度低,专业知识和高素质管理人才缺乏以及员工队伍稳定性差等一般情况,因此地方本科高校要通过优化员工队伍结构,塑造员工共同价值观,建立健全人才激励机制,加强人才开发培训力度等策略加强后勤队伍建设。
With the development of the reform in socialization of universities' logistics,the construction of logistics service teams in local undergraduate universities is crucial to improve the management and service level of logistics service,which also contributes to teaching and research.Recently there exists some universal problems in the logistics service team of local undergraduate universities,such as low-literacy of the employees,the shortage of professional knowledge and high-quality managerial talents,poor stability of the staffs etc..Therefore,it's necessary for the local undergraduate universities to strengthen the construction of logistics service team by optimizing the structure of the staffs,molding the common values in the staff,establishing a sound mechanism to encourage talents,strengthening the development of talent training dynamics etc.
