高职英语分层教学管理中的问题与对策

On Management Problems of Vocational College English Classified Teaching and its Solutions

高职院校实行了10年的英语分层教学改革,在教学效果和教学质量等方面都得到很大的提高,然而分层教学涉及学校管理的各个环节,特别在部门管理协调和排课、临时班级和滚动式分班、课堂纪律和活动组织、成绩登分和考核评估等方面仍存在诸多管理问题。如不能很好地解决这些问题,分层教学将举步维艰。因此,解决这些管理问题,首先要加强各部门的协调合作,采取分组分级法和分组定时间段排课法解决排课难问题。其次,要实行教学管理责任制,落实滚动管理机制。第三,要发挥各系和教师的监管作用并设计互动有趣的教学活动把学生吸引到课堂。最后,利用选课系统解决成绩登分管理问题,并采用过程性和总结性评估法科学评价学生。

Gone through ten years＇ revolution,classified teaching of vocational college English has received success in enhancing the effect and quality of teaching.However,because it involves duties of different departments,it still has some management problems in four aspects： cooperation between different departments,schedule arrangement,temporary class and rolling-type class,class discipline and arrangement of class activities,examination and assessment management.Only sovling the above problems can classified teaching go smoothly.Thus,first,different departments should cooperate well and use scientific methods to solve the problem of schedule arrangement.Second,post duty system should be adopted.Third,departments and teathers should play their roles in supervising the students and should design interesting and interactive activities to attract students.Finally,the system of selective course should be used to solve the problem of recording students＇ test achievements,and the methods of formative assessment and conclusive assessment should be adopted to evaluate the students.
