通识教育课程体系建设应按照"观念先行、点面结合、实现通识、突出特色"的建设思路,以授课教师队伍建设为抓手,严格课程的"准入"与"退出"机制,努力建设"结构合理、符合时代需求"的课程体系,为提高大学生综合素质服务。

We should construct general education curriculum system according to the idea of ＂notion first,combination of part and whole,realization of being general,giving prominence to features＂,and use teacher team construction as handle,and make the access and dropping-out mechanism harsh.We should work hard to build ＂structure-reasonable、state-of-the-art＂ curriculum system,and serve to improve university students＇ comprehension.
