摘要
中职学校"双师型"教师培训应从实践出发,在阐释培训依据的基础上,重点分析培训过程中的几个基本的关键性的问题,为培训工作提供借鉴。
"Double-competency" teachers training of secondary vocational schools should be based on practice.This paper expounds training evidence,answers several basic questions about training process,thus provide reference for training.
