中国军事消费扩大内需的经济效应分析

Economic Effects of China's Military Consumption on Enlarging Domestic Demand

军事消费作为政府消费的一个重要组成部分,必然会对军队建设以及国民经济的发展产生较大的影响。对军事消费扩大内需的内在途径、作用及方法从经济效应结果的角度出发进行分析、归纳和判断。结果显示:提高军事消费有利于财政部门制定合理的国防支出预算决策,同时可以为军队探索军民融合式发展、国防支出与经济增长协调发展的新型富国强军之路提供理论指导和政策依据。

As one essential part of government consumption, military consumption will certainly generate great impact on military construction and national economy. This paper reviews the approach, function and method of military consumption in expanding domestic demand. The result shows that military consumption will encourage the financial department to formulate rational national defense budget and offer theoretical policy guidance for the integrated military and civil development, and coordinated development of national defense budget and economic growth.
