通心络胶囊与硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效比较

A comparative study on efficacy of Tongxinluo capsules and isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of angina pectoris.

目的观察通心络胶囊在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面与硝酸异山梨酯的比较。方法采用随机对照法,治疗组30例给予通心络胶囊(4粒,每日3次);对照组30例给予硝酸异山梨酯(10 mg,每日3次),疗程均为4周。结果治疗组无论在症状缓解及心电图异常改善方面均明显优于对照组。结论 通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可以改善心肌供血,对冠心病心绞痛疗效优于对照组,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective Tongxinluo capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris with isosorbide side ester（Consumer NXT） comparison.Methods A randomized controlled method,the treatment group of 30 patients given Tongxinluo capsules（4 capsules three times daily）,30 patients were given isosorbide mononitrate（10 mg,three times a day）.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results The remission of symptoms and improvement in ECG abnormalities in patients of trial group were superior to those of patients in control group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule on coronary heart disease is effective,can improve myocardial blood supply,effects on coronary heart disease than the control group,it is in clinical application.
