ADMA加速慢性肾脏疾病肾功能损伤的研究新进展

摘要 越来越多的证据表明,尿毒症毒素非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)已成为促进慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)进展的独立危险因素。其可通过加速肾脏损伤、导致肾功能减退而直接参与CKD的进展,故阐明ADMA导致肾功能减退的机制对改善CKD患者预后具有重要意义。作者对CKD时ADMA在体内蓄积的机制、ADMA导致肾功能减退的病理生理学机制及分子生物学机制等方面的研究做一综述。
