经皮测胆红素仪在新生儿黄疸的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Transcutanous Bilirubin Meter in Neonatal Jaundice.

应用日本产经皮测胆仪101型对100例新生儿进行血清胆红素测定,同时经静脉取血应用凡登白法测定血清胆红素浓度。结果发现,TCB读数与血清总胆红素浓度间呈线性相关(r=0.89,P<0.01)。因此在测定得知TCB读数后,经查线性相关图即可得知相应的血清总胆红素含量,从而可对新生儿高胆红素血症进行早期筛查及监测,及时指导临床治疗。

A transcutanous bilirubin meter (TCBM), model 101, was used upon 100 fullterm newbors in Beijing Railroad Central Hospital from 1988-1989. And the concentrations of serum bilirubin were also determined by Van denbergh's method with the venous blood of those newborns. After the treatment of statistical data, the results showed that the readings from TCBM assume linear correlation with the concentrations of the total serum bilirubin (r=0.89, P<0.01 ). Therefore, if we have determined the reading on TCBM, we can obtain the corresponding contents of the total serum bilirubin by consulting the linear correlation graph. Thus, we can use the TCBM as an effective tool in early screening and monitoring neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, It can also give directions to the clinical therapy timely.
