不同资金来源方式对企业创新激励的效果分析——以陕西医药制造企业为例

Analyses on the Stimulating Effect of Different Kinds of Fund Sources on the Innovation of Enterprises——Taking Shaanxi Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprises as the Example

以1995-2006年陕西医药制造企业数据为样本,采用相关分析法,比较企业自有资金、政府资金和金融机构贷款对企业个体创新效果的影响。建议企业在选择创新资金时,结合自身情况及创新现状,综合考虑各种资金来源的特点,有条件地进行选择。同时建议政府加大对创新企业的扶持力度,用制度催生更加宽广的创新融资渠道。

The data of Shaanxi pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in the period of 1995-2006 are taken as the sample.By means of the method of correlation analysis,the comparison is carried out about the stimulating effects of their own corporate funds,government funds and financial institutions loans on the innovation of enterprises themselves.Therefore,it is proposed that while choosing innovative funding,enterprises should consider the characteristics of a variety of funding source combined with their own conditions and creative states and select them under certain conditions.Meanwhile,it is suggested that government should increase the support for innovative enterprises and develop more widely innovative financing channels with the help of system.
