石油工程建设企业“铁军”文化系统研究——以中国石油天然气第一建设公司的企业文化建设为例

A Study on the Cultural System of "Invincible Army" in Petroleum Engineering Construction Enterprises——Taking the Construction of Enterprise Culture in the First Construction Company of CNPC for Instance

通过引入系统思维的方法,从狭义上提出企业文化系统的"主部"元素由"企业价值观、企业精神、企业伦理道德、企业形象、文化实践"五个方面构成,并在此基础上运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论,以中国石油天然气第一建设公司为例对石油工程建设企业文化,尤其是"铁军"文化进行了系统研究。

With an introduction to the systematical thinking method,it is presented in a limited sense that major elements in the cultural system of enterprises are made up of five aspects： values of enterprises,spirits of enterprises,ethics and morality of enterprises,images of enterprises and practice of culture.Then,by means of the world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,the systematical research about the culture of petroleum engineering construction enterprises,especially the culture of ＂Invincible Army＂,has been carried out based on the example of the First construction Company in CNPC.
