脂多糖诱导鼠脑中的白细胞介素-6基因表达

IL 6 gene expression in mice brain induced by LPS

目的 分子水平研究正常鼠脑内的白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）分布和诱导水平。方法 脂多糖（ＬＰＳ）１００ ｕｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｐ，不同时间，用ＰＴ－ＲＣＲ对鼠脑的６个不同区域，进行ＩＬ－６信使核糖核酸（ｍ ＲＮＡ）半定量分析。结果 ＩＬ－６ ｍ ＲＮＡ表达由高到低依次为海马、下丘脑、脑干、小脑、丘脑和皮层。除皮层表达高峰在６小时外，其余在４ 小时。结论 ＬＰＳ诱导的ＩＬ－６ ｍ ＲＮＡ 在正常鼠脑的不同部位表达曲线不同。

Objective To investigate the distribution and induced level of IL 6 mRNA in normal mice brain at the molecular level. Methods After LPS 100 ug/kg, ip, Semi quantitative analysis of IL 6 mRNA of mice brain was carried out in six different area by PT RCR. Results IL 6 mRNA expression level was from high to low: Hippocampus, brain stem, hypothalamus, thalamus, cerebellum and cortex. The maximal IL 6 mRNA expression was observed at 4h except cortex at 6h. Conclusion IL 6 mRNA induced LPS had different expression curve in different area of normal rat brain.
