摘要
人民武装警察部队是我国国家武装力量的重要组成部分,担负着国家赋予的安全保卫任务。《中华人民共和国人民武装警察法》的制定是落实依法治国方略、保证国家力量理性实施的需要,也是规范和保障武警部队履行使命的需要。同时,《中华人民共和国人民武装警察法》的制定见证了中国法治发展的足迹,彰显了法治的力量,必将在法治中国的建设过程中发挥其积极作用。
The People＇s Armed Police Force is an important part of national armed forces in our country,and takes the responsibility of security protection.It is necessary that the formulation of Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the People＇s Armed Police Force could implement the strategy of ruling by law,safeguard the rational acts of armed force and stipulate and ensure the fulfillment of armed police force＇s mission.Simultaneously,the formulation of Law of the People＇s Republic of China on the People＇s Armed Police Force witnesses the footprint of Chinese legal development,shows the power of constitutionality and plays active effect on the construction of legal China.
