摘要
"快闪行动"简称快闪,是指许多利用网络联系的人,通过短信或BBS约定一个指定的地点,在明确指定的时间同时做一个指定的不犯法却很引人注意的动作,然后赶快散去的行为,它是由快闪族负责组织实施的。快闪行动在发展的过程中已经出现了政治性质的特征。如果此类行动一旦发生在我国,极易演变成带有政治诉求的群体性突发事件,从而影响我国政治安全。因此,掌握快闪行动的性质和严格控制此类事件的发生,对于公安机关维护我国政治稳定具有重大的战略意义。
＂flash action＂ abbreviation flash,refers to many people who use the network connection,via text message or BBS appointed a designated place,in clear specified time do a specified not illegal but very eye-catching action,and then quickly dissipating behavior.It is Fast Semitic who is responsible for organizing the implementation.Flash action in the process of development has appeared political character features.If such actions once happened in our country,it easily evolves into with political appeal colony accidents,thereby affecting our political security.Therefore to master flash action nature,strictly control such incident,is of great significance to the public security organ in China for maintaining political stability.
