Along with the social legalization advancement＇s unceasing progress,the request of enforcing the law to the traffic police is getting higher and higher.In order to improve traffic police＇s law enforcement quality earnestly,promotes the relationship between police and people,reduce and stop suit question occurrence,construct harmonious society,the article pointed out the existing problems of traffic police in road traffic law enforcement,and analyzed the causes,and put forward the countermeasures of effectively reducing the situation.
