摘要
借鉴顾客满意度理论模型,通过对来厦游客满意度的问卷调查,研究厦门市旅游服务质量。研究结果显示,感知价值与游客满意度、旅游服务质量之间密切相关,来厦游客对厦门旅游服务质量的整体满意度较高。建议厦门在购物、娱乐、公共服务体系、餐饮等方面采取措施,尽快提升服务品质。
This paper analyzes a consumer satisfaction survey of from tourists to Xiamen.The results indicates that tourist perceived value is closely related to tourist satisfaction and tourist service quality and that tourist service in Xiamen has received a high level of satisfaction.It is suggested that stress be placed on better shopping,entertainment,public service system and food and beverage for an improved tourist industry in Xiamen.
