国际化警务专门人才中外合作培养的思考与探索

The Thinking and Exploration of the Sino-foreign cooperative training of specialized professionals in International police affairs

根据国际警务交流与合作的要求,特别是适应恐怖犯罪、毒品犯罪、跨国有组织犯罪等涉外刑事犯罪面临的新形势,培养具有国际视野、较高的外语应用能力,熟悉国外相关的司法制度和国际警务合作专业知识与能力的国际化警务专门人才,已成为公安教育教学的任务之一。为此,应借助中外在培养警务专门人才方面的优势与资源互助,探索合作培养的途径与模式,设计特色鲜明的教学内容体系与教学方法,确保实现人才培养目标的要求。

According to the request for communication and cooperation of international police affairs,particularly to adapt to the new situation of terrorist crimes,drug crimes,transnational organized crimes and other criminal cases concerning foreign interests,one of the Police Education and Teaching tasks is to cultivate specialized professionals on international police affairs who have the higher international perspective,the ability of using English and be familiar with relevant judiciary,specialized knowledge and capacity of international police cooperation.Police colleges in China utilize the foreign advantages and resources in training specialized professionals on international police affairs,explore ways and models of cooperative training,design a characteristic system of teaching contents and teaching methods,and ensure to fulfill the request of personnel training objectives.
