摘要
国内外关于礼貌的研究很多,但礼貌原则无法对不礼貌现象作出系统的解释。而关于不礼貌的研究甚少。Culpeper提出了与Brown&Levinson的礼貌策略相对应的不礼貌策略框架以及不礼貌回应策略框架。该文探讨这两个框架在《老友记》中的体现及不礼貌策略在不同语境中的语用功能,旨在更好地理解《老友记》中及日常会话中的不礼貌。
Many researches have been done on politeness,but the Politeness Principle is unable to explain impoliteness in a systematic way.Culpeper puts forward a framework of impoliteness strategies which is a parallel structure of Brown Levinson′s model of politeness strategies,and a framework of impoliteness response strategies.The present paper examines the realization of Culpeper′s two frameworks in Friends,and the pragmatic functions of impoliteness strategies in different contexts,so as to better understand impoliteness both in Friends and in daily communication.
