A Probe into Causes of and Solutions to Job-hunting Difficulties for College Students

当前,中国大学生就业形势相当严峻,究其根源,除了供过于求以外,作为择业主体的大学生本身也存在相当大的问题。文章就大学生的择业心理、就业竞争力以及求职技巧三方面分析大学生就业难的原因,并提出对策,指导大学生如何增加自身就业砝码。

Nowadays college students are faced with an extremely grim situation of employment in China, the causes of which lie much in college students themselves- a principal part of the job - hunting force in addition to an excess of demand over supply. This paper attempts to figure out causes for the current employment situation confronting college graduates in three aspects： the mentality of job -selection, the competitiveness in employment and skills for job - hunting. Moreover, some countermeasures are also proposed in the paper for guiding college students to enhance their competitiveness in job - hunting.
