摘要 曾经有一次,一位女企业家在《经理人》玫瑰沙龙上倾诉,经商很多年,钱早已赚够,很想结束公司的经营歇一歇,但是一想到每个员工都需要这份工作养活一个家庭,又有了拼搏和奋斗的目标,只不过不再单纯为了自己,而是为了别人。 Once at a Rose Salon session,a woman business owner told her story.She had run a business for many years and made more than enough money.When she wanted to close her business for a long rest,she began to think of her employees who all need their jobs to support their families.Then she had new goals for her strife.We have found that many women business owners have started to practice the philosophy of creating happiness for other people.This altruism which is deeply embedded in their business models and employee education has also led their companies to an even higher level of success.
