武汉市实施餐饮行业规范使得"谢绝自带酒水"再次成为舆论纷争的焦点。基于法律和产品特性的视角,"谢绝自带酒水"是合法合理的自主经营行为。从市场的视角,企业应该诚信经营,消费者要有服务产品的消费观念,主管部门应加强市场监管,方可消除此类纷争。
Wuhan catering industry specifications made implementation of "No bring your own drinks",once again become the focus of public controversy.Based on the perspective of law and product characteristics,"No bring your own wine" is a legitimate and reasonable self-management behavior.Based market points,the enterprises should be integrity management,the consumer should have the concept of service consumption,the competent departments shall strengthen market supervision,so the dispute can be resolved.
