摘要
利用牛粪和稻草为原料进行堆肥试验,对堆肥过程中的温度、含水率、pH值、种子发芽指数等指标进行分析,结果表明:堆肥初期堆体升温迅速,50℃以上高温持续时间累计超过16 d;接种EM菌比CK提前1~4 d达到高温期,并且维持时间长。堆肥pH值先升后降,20 d后pH值稳定在8.0左右;含水率持续下降,最终稳定在50%~55%;25 d后添加1.2 mL/kg菌剂的堆肥达到腐熟,种子发芽指数为86.1%。这表明向堆肥中接入一定量的EM菌剂,可加快堆肥腐熟,缩短堆肥周期,对优化堆肥工艺具有重要的意义。
Taking cow dung and straw as materials in the compost research,temperature,rate of water content,pH value and germination index were determined.The results showed that in the initial phase of compost,the temperature increased greatly,and the temperature over 50 ℃ lasted more than 16 days;The inoculated effect microorganisn reached the period of high temperature 1~4 days earlier than CK and kept this period longer;the pH values ascended in first and descended at last,and stayed stable at around 8.0 after 20 days;the rate of water content continued to decline and stayed stable at around 50% ~55% at the end;The compost with inoculating effect microorganism at 1.2 mL/kg achieved maturity after 25 days,and germination index(GI)reached 86.1%。The results indicated that addition of adequate amount of EM could speed maturity of the compost and shorten the composting period,it was of great significance to optimize the technology of composting.
