包皮腺性信息素种间识别的行为学观察

Behavioral Observation of Individual Identification about Preputial Glandsex Pheromone

为了探索性信息素在不同种鼠间产生的行为关系,以及不同种间和不同性别鼠对其各自不同物种间的识别及其社会行为,运用Y型迷宫测试法,以不同鼠种之间雌/雄个体包皮腺分泌物作为单一气味源,对性成熟期的SD大鼠(Rattus norregicus)和ICR小鼠(Mus musculus)进行异种间气味吸引的行为学试验。结果表明:以ICR小鼠包皮腺分泌物作为气味源,雄性大鼠对雌性小鼠包皮腺分泌物的探究行为和修饰行为均高于对照,差异极显著;以SD大鼠包皮腺分泌物作为气味源,则表现为雄性小鼠对雌性大鼠包皮腺分泌物的探究行为次数均高于对照,差异极显著。雄性ICR小鼠对SD大鼠性信息素成分表现出较高的敏感性;而雌性ICR小鼠的性信息素成分对雄性SD大鼠的探究行为有一定的影响,表现出吸引作用。

To explore the behavior relation of sex pheromone among different kinds of mice,and mice′s respective recognitions and social behaviors among different gender mice and species,taking preputial gland secretions produced in female/male individuals among different rodent mouse species as an individual odor source,behavior test of Rattus norregicus and Mus musculus reached sexual maturity about odor attraction among different species was studied by Y-maze test.The results showed that taking preputial gland secretions of Mus musculus as the odor source,male Rattus norregicus showed higher explore behavior and grooming behavior for preputial gland secretions of female Mus musculus than that for the control,the differences were significant;taking preputial gland secrtions of Rattus norregicus as the odor source,male Mus musculus showed higher explore behavior frequencies for preputial gland secrefions of female Rattus norregicus than that for the control,the differences were significant;Male Mus musculus showed a higher sensitivity for sex pheromone mponents of Rattus norregicus;the sex pheromone compvnents of female Mus musculus had an impact on the exploration behavior of male Rattus norregicus,showed the attractive effect.
