成庄矿选煤厂煤泥水生产工艺改造技术研究

Study on Process Modification Technology of Coal Slurry Production in Chengzhuang Coal Preparaton Plant

针对成庄矿选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的问题,进行创新管理,实施工艺改造。加强洗水管理使该选煤厂取得了闭路循环的管理经验;实施工艺改造使该选煤厂煤泥水系统生产能力有所提高,煤泥处理效率明显提高。

This paper introduces problems existing with slurry system,innovation management and the implementation of process modification of in Chengzhuang coal preparaton plant.Making closed loop management experience in the coal preparation plant by strengthening water management;the production capacity of coal slurry system is somewhat increased,slime treatment is improved obviously with implementation of process modification in the coal preparation plant.
