葛根素注射液治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效及不良反应观察

Evaluating the efficacy of puerarin treatment for chronic cerebral blood supply insufficiency patients and its adverse reactions

目的:观察葛根素注射液对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)的颅内动脉血流速度、血液流变学影响及其不良反应。方法:将120例CCCI患者分为两组,治疗组60例用葛根素注射液静滴,对照组60例用复方丹参注射液静滴,两组其他处理方式相同。分别监测用药前和用药后颅内动脉血流速度、血流变学变化并进行对比分析,同时观察两组不良反应。结果:治疗组颅内动脉血流速度增快,血流变学各项指标下降,临床症状改善明显,与对照组比较有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素注射液能够明显改善CCCI患者的临床症状,不良反应少,适合在基层医院使用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of puerarin treatment for the patients＇ intracranial artery blood flow velocity, blood theology, which had chronic cerebral blood supply insufficiency （CCCI）, and explore the adverse reactions of peurarin. Methods： 120 patients were divided into two groups, 60 patients were treated with puerarin by intravenous injection （treated group） and 60 patients were treated with compound Danshen by intravenous injection （control group）. Results： The intracranial arterial blood flow speed of perarin treated patients became faster, and their blood rheology indicators declined significantly, meanwhile, their clinical symptoms improved significantly （Com- pared with control group, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Puerarin treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of CCCI patients,and puerarin has less adverse reactions, it is suitable for primary hospital.
