摘要
目的:比较乳腺癌改良根治术切口间断缝合和切口连续真皮层缝合方法对皮瓣愈合的影响。方法:回顾性分析132例乳腺癌改良根治术切口缝合后皮瓣愈合情况。结果:切口连续真皮层缝合法较间断缝合法出现皮瓣坏死率低(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术切口采用连续真皮层缝合方法有利于切口愈合。
Objective：To compare the effect of skin flap healed of interrupted suture and running intradermal suture for modified mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods：A retrospective analysis was done on clinical data of 132 cases accepted modified mastectomy for breast cancer. Results：Running intradermal suture has less flap necrosis rate than interrupted suture（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The study indicates that running intradermal suture can help incision of modified mastectomy for breast cancer healed.
