配合比对含钢渣粉RPC强度的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Mixing Proportion on Strength of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) Containing Steel Slag Powder

摘要 针对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)研究与应用中存在的成本高、能耗大等问题,以钢渣粉、超细粉煤灰、硅灰等作活性细掺料、细河砂作集料,进行含钢渣粉RPC的研制。研究分析了水胶比、砂胶比及钢纤维掺量等配比参数对含钢渣粉RPC强度的影响,确定了含钢渣粉RPC的适宜水胶比、胶砂比及钢纤维掺量。按这些配合比参数在一定的胶凝材料组成下,经90℃的热养护可制备出抗压强度188 MPa以上、抗折强度32 MPa以上的含钢渣粉RPC。 Aiming at the main problems in application of RPC,i.e.,high production costs and energy consumption,steel slag powder(SS)as well as ultra-fine fly ash(UFFA)and silicon fume(SF)are used as reactive powder component to product RPC,and meanwhile,fine river sand is used as aggregate instead of quartz sand.The influence of mixing proportion,such as water-binder ratio(W/B),sand-binder ratio(S/B)and the amount of steel fibers are studied in this paper.The results demonstrated that RPCs whose compressive and flexural strength achieved about 188 MPa and 32 MPa respectively would be obtained according to those mixing parameters and cementitious materials with a certain composition by cured in 90℃ for a appropriate duration.
