摘要
采用X射线衍射试验(XRD)研究了掺加橡胶颗粒的水泥净浆水化产物的物相结构。结果表明:(1)水泥净浆的抗压强度随橡胶颗粒掺量的增加而降低;(2)尽管水泥的化学成分复杂,但掺入橡胶颗粒后,在其水化产物中并没有发现新的物相结构;(3)掺加橡胶颗粒的水泥净浆的水化产物中氢氧化钙(CH)晶体的衍射峰强度显著降低,原因之一可能是由于橡胶的憎水性使得橡胶颗粒与水泥石之间界面过渡区中CH晶体的粒径减小所致。结论为进一步研究橡胶颗粒与水泥石之间的界面过渡区提供参考。
Phase structure of the blends of cement paste incorporating crumb rubber is investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that:(1) Compressive strength of the hardened cement paste is reduced as the content of crumb rubber increases;(2) Although the chemical constituents of cement is complicated,no new phase is found in the hydration products of the cement paste incorporating crumb rubber;and(3) The peak intensity of calcium hydroxide(CH) from the hydration products of the cement paste incorporating crumb rubber is reduced significantly compared to that from the control blends,which maybe resulted from the fact that the hydrophobic of rubber reduces the size of CH in the Interfacial Transition Zone(ITZ).Therefore,the conclusion provides necessary reference for the further research on the ITZ of rubber particles and cement matrix.
