摘要 基质金属蛋白酶12是一类高度保守的依赖于锌离子的蛋白水解酶,其作用底物是弹性蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原、Ⅰ型胶原、纤维连接蛋白、层粘蛋白等.Toll样受体2是一种跨膜受体,在病原体感染机体中可发挥天然免疫作用.它们在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病过程中有着重要作用. Matrix metalloproteinase-12 is a kind of zinc-binding protein-degrading enzymes. Its substrates are flcxible protein, Ⅳ collagen, 1-type collagen, fibronectin, laminin and so on. Toll-like receptor 2 is a member of transrnembrane receptors,which can induce the innate immunity when the body is infected by pathogens. All of them play an important role on the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
