Ultrasound Evaluation of the Primary Obstruction of Inferior Vena Cava and Hepatic Veins

报告7例下腔静脉肝段和/或肝静脉末段原发性梗阻病人的声象图表现,并阐述超声检查在该病诊断方面的优越性,可直接显示下腔静脉梗阻段的解剖形态;其分型更有益于手术方案的选择。

The ultrasonic appearances of the primary obstruction in hepatic portion of the inferior vena cava (IVC) and/or in the last part of the hepatic veins in 7 patients were reported, and its evaluation of ultrasonic diagnosis of these diseases were discussed. The anatomical pattern of IVC obstruction can be displayed directly by ultrasounic image, therefore the classification may be more useful in the selection of operation program.
