摘要
【目的】研究不同NaCl浓度胁迫下两种锦鸡儿种子的耐盐性。【方法】分别采用0、0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.6、0.8和1 mol/L NaCl溶液对白皮锦鸡儿和镰叶锦鸡儿种子萌发进行胁迫处理,测定指标。【结果】在0~0.3 mol/L NaCl盐溶液范围内,镰叶锦鸡儿种子萌发率达到70%以上,白皮锦鸡儿达到90%以上,说明白皮锦鸡儿比镰叶锦鸡儿具有更强的耐盐性;镰叶锦鸡儿种子耐盐适宜值为0.107 1 mol/L,临界值为0.325 8mol/L,极限值为0.544 5 mol/L;白皮锦鸡儿种子耐盐适宜值为0.199 6 mol/L,临界值为0.420 1 mol/L,极限值为0.640 6 mol/L。【结论】不同浓度的NaCl胁迫对白皮锦鸡儿和镰叶锦鸡儿种子的萌发均有抑制作用,总趋势均为随NaCl浓度的增加而降低,在无盐处理中获得最大的萌发率;根据两种锦鸡儿植物种子萌发耐盐性比较,两种锦鸡儿植物均具有较强的耐盐性。
【Objective】To study the salt tolerance of the seeds of two Caragana L.species under different NaCl concentrations stress.【Method】Using different NaCl concentrations(0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1mol/L),the seed germination of C.leucophloea Pojark. and C.aurantiaca Koehne was treated to measure its index.【Result】When NaCl concentration was between 0-0.3 mol/L,the germination rate of C.aurantiaca Koehne.reached 70% and above,and C.leucophloea Pojark.reached 90% and above,indicating that C.leucophloea Pojark.is more salt-tolerant than C.aurantiaca Koehne..For C.aurantiaca Koehne.,its fit value of salt tolerance was 0.107 1 mol/L,critical value was 0.325 8 mol/L,and the maximum value was 0.544 5 mol/L,while for C.leucophloea Pojark.,the corresponding values were 0.199 6 mol/L,0.420 1 mol/L and 0.640 6 mol/L respectively.【Conclusion】Different concentrations of NaCl stress inhibited the seed germination of C.leucophloea Pojark.and C.aurantiaca Koehne..Seed germination rate decreased with the increase of NaCl stress concentration and the highest germination rate was get in the control.Both Caragana L.species had strong salt tolerance.
