摘要
以某商铺改造工程为例,综合考虑各种因素,通过方案比选,采用静压锚杆桩桩筏基础解决了本改造工程中基地面积有限,增加荷重较大等基础设计难题,为今后同类工程提供了宝贵经验。
Taking the reconstruction project of some commercial flat as the example,considers various factors,through compare and select program,the paper adopts the static pressure piled raft foundation of anchor pile solves the basic design difficulties of the reconstruction projects,including the limited foundation ground,and huge increased loading capacity,so as to provide the precious experience for similar projects.
