摘要
对MQ系列龙门吊啃轨问题进行了阐述,从轨道及龙门吊组成的各要素入手对啃轨现象进行了分析,指出要处理龙门吊啃轨问题最好的方法是在安装过程中注意细节严加控制,从而有效解决了啃轨问题,保障龙门吊安全运行。
The paper illustrates the problems of gantry crane＇s rail damage in MQ series,analyzes the rail damage phenomenon from the factors of tracks and gantry crane components,and points out the best solution to deal with the gantry crane＇s rail damage problem is paying attention to the details,so as to solve the rail damage problem effectively,and guarantee the safe operation for gantry crane.
