Based on practice,it summarizes that construction project budget management is penetrated in the whole process,it＇s the guarantee for the construction enterprise benefits,directly influences the economic benefits,and determines the success and failure of the enterprise.This paper describes how to do well in project budget management for construction enterprise from some angles,and puts forward rational suggestions,so as to make limited capital create great efficiency.
