摘要
通过对投标实施过程的详细分析,提出了不平衡报价策略,建议在分析招标人标底和其他投标人报价范围的基础上,参照保本基价进行投标合理报价,对于提高中标率具有一定的促进作用。
Through a detailed analysis of the implementation tendering process,unbalanced bidding strategy is put forward in this paper,then the proposal is put,based on the base price of tenderers and price range of other bidders,the reasonable quoted price is defined referencing the guaranteed base price,it plays the role of promoting the bidding rate.
