摘要
通过对项目法施工及项目法管理的简单论述,指出施工项目经理是施工项目责、权、利的主体,为此分别就项目经理的责任、权限、利益进行了探讨,以期推动项目管理走向正常轨道,增强企业市场占有率和竞争力。
The paper indicates the project method construction and the management of project method,points out the program manager is the main part of the responsibility,the rights and the benefits of the construction program,and explores the responsibility,the right limits and the benefits of the program management,so as to lead the program management to the regular track and increase the market possession ratio and the competition power of the enterprises.
