半胱胺对育成期水貂生长和饲料转化率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选择健康育成期水貂208只,其中200只为试验组,8只为对照组,采用二因子试验设计:一个因子为半胱胺的不同添加量,分别按每千克体质量添加10、40、70、100、130 mg半胱胺;另一因子为半胱胺的不同添加间隔时间,分别为1、3、5、7、9 d 5个时间间隔。通过饲养试验研究了半胱胺对育成期水貂体质量增加、饲料转化率和采食量的影响。结果表明:每间隔5 d按70 mg/kg添加一次半胱胺效果最好。单因子方差分析表明,该组合育成期水貂体质量增量比对照组提高34.01%(P<0.01),饲料转化率提高38.07%(P<0.01),节省饲料1.92%(P>0.05)。 A feeding experiment was conducted to study the effect of cysteamine on body mass gain,feed conversion ratio and feed intake of minks during the period of rearing.A total of 208 healthy minks were selected,among which 200 minks were randomly selected for the test group,and the left 8 individuals were for the control group.Five dose levels of cysteamine(10,40,70,100 and 130 mg per kilogram of body mass) as well as five time intervals(1,3,5,7 and 9 d) were set for the 2-factor experiment.The optimal combination was obtained as 70 mg of cysteamine per kilogram of body mass at a time interval of 5 d.The mass gain of minks during the period of rearing for the optimal combination increased by 34.01%(P0.01),feed conversion ratio by 38.07%(P0.01) and feed intake reduced by 1.92%(P0.05) compared with the control group.
