摘要
采用硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化,从火木层孔菌(Phellinus igniarius)子实体的石油醚提取物和氯仿提取物中得到6种化合物。根据波谱数据,化合物1-6结构分别被鉴定为:9,12-十八烷二烯酸甲酯、3-酮-环菠萝蜜烷、麦角甾-4,6,8,22-四烯-3-酮、麦角甾醇过氧化物、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-酮和啤酒甾醇。其中3-酮-环菠萝蜜烷和麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-酮为首次从火木层孔菌子实体中分离得到。
Compounds were isolated from Phellinus igniarius fruit-body by silica-gel column chromatography.Six compounds were obtained from the petroleum ether extraction and chloroform extraction,which were identified as 9,12-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester,3-one-cycloartane,ergosta-4,6,8,22-tetraen-3-one,ergosterol peroxide,ergosta-7,22-dient-3-one and cerevisterol.The 3-one-cycloartane and ergosta-7,22-dient-3-one were separated from the fruiting bodies of P.igniarius for the first time.
