大型集材车冬季排气管内温度场数值解与模拟

Simulation on Internal Temperature Field in Exhaust Pipe of Large Skidder in Winter

针对大型集材车在寒冷地区使用现状以及出现的一些问题,利用F luent软件对冬季大型集材车排气管内部温度场进行分析;采用Navier-Stokes方程、标准k-ε方程模型模拟,得到机车工作时排气管内部温度分布情况。

CFD software Fluent was used to analyze the internal temperature field in exhaust pipe of large skidder aiming at the application status of large skidders in cold regions and some existing problems caused by the low temperature.Internal temperature distribution in exhaust pipe was obtained when the skidder was at work through simulation by Navier-Stokes equations and the standard k-ε model.
