校企合作“三元五共”订单培养模式的构建——以闽西职业技术学院紫金班为例

实行"订单式"人才培养是高职院校全面推进校企深入合作的重要形式。闽西职业技术学院与上杭紫金铜业联合举办的紫金班,全面推进"三元五共"订单培养模式的构建。实施"三元五共"订单培养有效地实现学生、学校和企业三方的共赢,大大加快了学校教育教学方式的改革。

The implementation of order training in vocational institutions is an important form to promote school-enterprise cooperation education deeply. Zijin class, held by Shanghang Zijin Copper Company and Minxi Vocational and Technical College, promotes the ＂Three Elements and Five Commons＂ order training mode comprehensively. The model can realize the benefits of students, schools and businesses simultaneously and greatly speed up the reform of college education and teaching methods.
