摘要
大学生非婚同居现象越来越普遍,从法律角度看大学生非婚同居有其合理性。要树立全民法律意识,立法上要正确对待非婚同居现象,规范同居双方的人身权利义务关系,必要时提供法律援助,注意保障无过错方的赔偿请求权和对弱势方的保护。
It is more and more common about the non-marital cohabitation of college students. This article sets forth the rationality of this phenomenon in the eyes of the law. It is necessary to help the whole nation see the importance of law. A correct attitude towards non- marital cohabitation should be adopted in legislation, regulating the personal relationship of rights and obligations, providing legal aid when necessary and guaranteeing the fight to claim indemnity on the non-fauh parties and protecting the disadvantageous groups.
