摘要
《关于加强卫生职业教育的指导意见》中明确提出,卫生职业教育的办学方针为"以服务为宗旨,以岗位需求为导向"。这就决定了教师必须提高自身素质,尤其是"德"与"能"的素养水平,成为名副其实的"双师型"教师,真正改善课堂教学效果。
In the guiding opinions on enhancing a health vocational education, the principle for running a school is to take service as the purpose and post demand as the direction. This determines the teachers should improve their own quality, especially in ＂morality＂ and ＂ability＂, to truly become ＂double-certificate teachers＂ and then improve the effect of classroom teaching.
