词汇教学历来是英语教学的一个重要组成部分,但词汇教学仍然制约着学生英语成绩的提高,原因在于教师教法陈旧老套、学生学习被动、学不得法。因此,教师及学生应该改变传统的教与学的方法,从基础、构词法、上下文猜词义、惯用语及中西文化差异等方面入手,真正调动学生英语学习的热情。

Vocabulary teaching is always an important part of English teaching, but it still restricts the improvement of students＇ English. The reason is that the teaching method is out of date, students learn passively and haven＇t caught the key point of learning English. teachers and students should change the traditional teaching and learning methods. Therefore, In order to arouse student＇s leaming enthusiasm, teachers have to start from the basic, word-formation, context word guessing, usage and the differences between Chinese and western culture and so on.
