摘要
采用原子吸收分光度法对马兰菜中的营养元素进行了分析。结果表明马兰菜中营养元素含量丰富,与一般蔬菜比较,其Se、Zn、Mg、Ca含量更高。但热风脱水处理后,其Se、V含量则减少,且地域不同其微量元素含量有所不同。采用标准加入法进行考察,回收率为933%~1067%,结果满意。
The nutritive elements in Aster indicus were analysed by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that Aster indicus contained many nutritive elements.The content of Se,Zn,Mg,Ca was higher than that in the ordinary vegetables.The content of Se,V in Aster indicus was reduced in the dehydration process by hot gas.The content of trace elements depended on different growing areas.The average recovery determined with standard addition mode was 93 3%~106 7%.The result was satisfatory.
