颈椎前路扩大减压术治疗颈椎病(附35例报告)

Anterior Enlarged Decompression for Cervical Spondylosis. Report of 35 Cases

自1983年5月～1987年12月采用颈椎前路扩大减压、自体髂骨融合术治疗颈椎病及颈椎陈旧性脊髓损伤共35例。其中脊髓型24例,神经根型2例,混合型2例,陈旧性颈椎脊髓损伤7例。共对76个椎间进行钻孔减压植骨,优良率达88.6％,其优点手术安全性较高,出血少,减压彻底。

Anterior approach for enlarged decompression and intervertebral fusion with iliac bone were performed on 35 cases of cervical spondylosis and old cervical spinal cord injuries from May 1983 to December 1987. Among them, 24 cases belonged to the myelopathic type, 2 nerve root type, 2 mixed type and 7 old cervical spinal cord injuries. Altogether 76 intervertibal spaces were explored for decompression and bony grafting. Good result was obtained in 88.6% ( 31 cases ) . The authors pointed out that the advantages of this procedure were safe, less blseding and adequate decompression.
