摘要
本项目服务于微型贴片封装生产线,整个工艺流程有着高能耗、富余热、多排放的特点;而对应设计的,为满足其生产环境需要而配套的空调系统,其实际使用的效果必定也是高耗能的。由此,我们展开论证:是否可以通过合理的技术手段,全方位、多途径节约能耗,同时又满足正常的工艺生产需要,提出几个可供采纳的节能改造途径。
This project serviced surface mounting package production line with features of high energy consumption,abundant heat generation and much more exhaust.Its air-conditioning system is also high energy consumption.Some actual measures for energy saving were discussed,which satisfied process requirements while saving energy by different ways.
