摘要
《中国—东盟自由贸易区服务贸易协议》实施后,中国与东盟的服务贸易发展迅速,并呈现出多元化的势头,随之而来的服务贸易领域中的争端也会增多并复杂化。为促进双方服务贸易的顺利开展,有必要对中国—东盟服务贸易争端解决机制做进一步的探讨。
with the implement of The Agreement of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area on Trade and Services,the service trade in China and ASEAN countries developed rapidly,and in the field of service trade it will increase and become more complicated.Therefore,to push forward the successful processes and development of service trade in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,it is necessary to probe into the service trade dispute settlement mechanism of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
